What does "all-in pricing" mean?
Every price you see includes all service fees & taxes. The number on the pass is the number you pay at checkout — no surprises.
Can I upgrade my pass later?
Want to level up your experience? You can upgrade early by dropping us a line at [email protected]. If you decide to wait, you can also check for upgrade (based on availability) at the festival Box Office. Just keep in mind that spots are limited and sell out fast!
Are passes refundable?
No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pass sales. All artists and scheduled performance times are subject to change. Festival is outdoors and is held rain or shine.
How does Buy Now, Pay Later work?

When do I get my wristband?
