What's included in a camping pass?

All Camping Passes Include:

  • Five nights of camping at the home of Welcome To Rockville, Daytona International Speedway!
  • An invitation to the Campground Pre-Party on Wednesday, May 14.
  • Automatic Re-entry to and from the festival to the campgrounds during event hours.
  • Community areas called “Pit Stops” where campers can meet up with other campers and access medical and safety services.
  • (1) Camping parking pass is included with each campsite.
  • Access to the Campground General Store as well as food and beverage options throughout the campground.
  • Complimentary campground showers, water stations and toilets.
  • Details on amenities and activities will be added closer to the festival.


Other Info:

  • All RV power connections are 50 amp service and may be up to 75ft away from your RV space. Please bring 50-75ft of power cord and if your RV requires 30 amp, please bring the appropriate adapter.
  • In order to camp in our dedicated RV areas, you MUST arrive in your RV. An RV must be parked on each RV campsite.
  • Each Car + Tent campsite must be occupied by a livable unit on the campsite.
What's not included in a camping pass?

Electricity or water (including sewage) hookups – unless otherwise specified.

Your festival admission pass. You must purchase your festival admission pass separately.

When can I arrive to set up my campsite?

The Welcome To Rockville campgrounds open at 12pm on Wednesday, May 14. Camping vehicles passes will be mailed in advance and will include directions to the camping toll booth entrance. Fans who purchased (in advance) an Early Arrival Pass can gain access to the campgrounds beginning at 9am on Wednesday, May 14.

Check-in Hours of Operation:

  • Wednesday: 12pm-10pm (9am for Early Arrival Pass holders)
  • Thursday: 8am-10pm
  • Friday: 8am-10pm
  • Saturday: 8am-12pm
  • Sunday: 8am-12pm

Camping Box Office hours will run simultaneously with camping check-in hours Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. All campers must have a festival pass to enter the campgrounds. All festival passes will be scanned for verification and then you will receive your camping wristband(s). Selling or attempting to resell your camping wristbands may result in the cancellation of your camping pass at any time without notice. This is a zero-tolerance policy.

When do I have to be packed up and out of the campground after the show?

The campground closes at 12pm (noon) on Monday, May 19.

What is the size of my campsite?

Silver Lot Car + Tent campsites measure approximately 12’ x 35’. Orange and Purple Lot Car + Tent camping sites measure approximately 10’ x 35’. RV camping spaces measure approximately 20′ x 42’. Driver/Owner Lot camping spaces measure approximately 20’x50’.

What type of power comes with full hook ups?

Will there be RV pump-out/fill-up services available?

A vendor will be within the campgrounds to provide RV black/gray water tank pump-out services, as well as fresh water fill-up to those in RV campsites. These services will be available for a nominal fee, paid at the time of service. Limited spots available. First-come, first-served.

If campers would like service, they will need to wave down a pump and fill truck that will be roaming the campgrounds from 8am to 5pm.

Can you leave the campgrounds over the weekend?

Campers are allowed to leave on foot at any time. There are no in-and-outs for camping vehicles but camping fans that want to have access to a vehicle over the weekend, can purchase an Overnight Camping Vehicle Pass. This designated overnight parking will be in Lot 4 located outside of the track. An additional Overnight Camping Vehicle Pass for campers in Purple Lot Car + Tent an the Yellow RV area.

Campers with this pass will need to exit the campground on foot to access this parking area and will be subject to search upon re-entry into the campgrounds. We recommend purchasing in advance, as limited quantities are available.

What constitutes an RV?

An RV is defined as any vehicle larger either in length, width or height than a normal sixteen (16) passenger van (anything 20’ or longer). All oversized vehicles, trailers, and campers that are towed are considered RVs. You MUST have an RV space to bring in an RV, otherwise you will be turned away. Buses, box trucks and cargo vans are not allowed within the campgrounds.

Will RVs and vehicles be searched at the campground entrance?

All vehicles will be thoroughly searched. Please review the Allowed and Prohibited Items, listed below.

Can I have an RV delivered to the campground?

RV deliveries/drop-offs/pick-ups are not permitted. Each person entering the campgrounds must have a camping & admission wristband as well as a camping parking pass. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can you leave the festival and go back to the campgrounds during event hours?

Yes. Campers have re-entry privileges between the festival and campground during festival hours. Campers are subject to search each time they enter the festival.

Can all Welcome to Rockville attendees visit the campgrounds?

Due to the size of Daytona International Speedway, we do allow fans that are not camping, through the Turn 4 Tunnel to access the festival site. Only campers will have privileges to come and go to/from camping and festival throughout the day, and will be identified by their camping wristband.

How many people can sleep in my campsite?

Each Car + Tent Camping Pass allows for up to 4 (four) fans. Each RV Camping Pass allows for up to 6 (six) fans.

How many campsites am I allowed to purchase?

You may purchase up to (2) for RV and (4) Car + Tent Camping Passes per order. Note: Each campsite must have a livable unit on the site. A livable unit is defined as an RV, car and/or tent. Campsites without a livable unit placed on the site to create additional space are prohibited.

How do I camp near my friends?

If you want to park near your friends, make sure you arrive at the same time and that you have the same type of camping pass. Upon arrival, you will be directed to your camping area and parked next to your friends. Note: If you purchase multiple non-reserved campsites, all campsites must arrive and be checked in at the same time, to be assigned next to each other.

Reserved camping will be available in the Driver/Owner Lot and Red Lot RV Camping. The closest available RV space to the festival grounds will be assigned in these sections at time of purchase. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchase up to 4 spots per order and guarantee camping with your group no matter when you arrive. Purchaser responsible to distribute camping passes associated with the order prior to arriving at Welcome To Rockville.

What hours can I run my generator?

Generator hours are from 8am-3am for Car and RV areas. Only generators that have been factory-installed on your RV are permitted. No modification. No personal fabrications. No aftermarket installs. Note: Only generators that are 4 kw or smaller are permitted if they are not factory installed in your RV. Always be mindful of where your exhaust is aimed and make sure it is never venting into an enclosed area like a neighbor’s tent.

Are there accomodations for fans with disabilities?

Yes, Welcome To Rockville is committed to making the events accessible to everyone and there will be accessible campsites available. ADA Accessible showers will be available within camping. After reserving your campsite for Welcome To Rockville 2025, please fill out our ADA Camping Registration Form, HERE.

What can I bring with me into the campgrounds?

Tent
E-Z up / shade structure (no larger than 10’ x 10’)
Tennis balls or caps used for tent stakes

Food and beverages/water
One case of beer in aluminum cans or aluminum bottles and/or one box of wine per person is allowed in the campground. No liquor, glass bottles, kegs or vending is allowed.
Prescriptions in their original bottles with bottle attached. ID must match name on label.

Factory-sealed water bottles (20 oz max size) or empty plastic refillable water bottle

What is not allowed into the campgrounds?

No glass bottles of any kind (drinks, sauces, pickles, etc.)
No alcohol for minors. You must be 21+ to drink within the campgrounds. If entering with alcohol, you must present government-issued identification. 21+ campers are advised to carry their government-issued identification at all times.
No drones or remote control vehicle
No drugs or drug paraphernalia
No vending of any kind (food, drinks, merchandise, etc.)
No loose pills, pills without a prescription, or expired medications of any kind (all medications, prescription or otherwise must be in their original container)
No hookahs
No pets (except service animals)
No mirrors (handheld or permanent within camping vehicle OK)
No spray paint
No promotional flyers, promotional/corporate branded banners, or vehicles displaying sponsorships or ads
No weapons of any kind (including but not limited to dinner knives, pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.) or items that could be used as weapons (including but not limited to hammers, golf clubs, etc.)
No tiki torches
No professional recording equipment—photo, video or audio (detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, Gopros or commercial-use rigs)
No fireworks
No open campfires or fires/flames of any kind (small propane grills OK)
No golf carts, bikes, dune buggies, off-road motorcycles, Segways, or hover boards
No speaker systems
No air horns
No box trucks, cube trucks, 4-wheelers, utility trailers or oversized flatbeds
No metal stakes (plastic stakes okay)
No propane tanks over 16oz that are not attached to an RV unit.
No generators that are larger than 4 kw (unless factory installed in your RV)
No helium tanks
No walkie talkies/two-way radios
